MICHAEL D. SUAREZ attended Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1976. After serving a Judicial Clerkship, he entered the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. He served as an Assistant Prosecutor for approximately four years, thereafter resigning from said office in 1981 to join David Suarez in the formation of the partnership, Suarez & Suarez. Since its inception, the firm has been continually located at its present offices. In addition to representing the interests of his clients, he also acts as a Mediator. He received the designation of Super Lawyer in 2010.
JOSEPH M. SUAREZattended Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1982. Subsequent to the serving of a Judicial Clerkship with the Civil Assignment Judge in Hudson County, he practiced for a short while with a defense firm in Livingston, N. J., after which he became a member of this firm. For purposes of better understanding and representation of agent/broker clients, in 2001, he obtained his New Jersey Producer license and, in 2009, obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. He has been rated AV Preeminent, the highest peer review rating for legal ability and ethical standards, continually since 2002.
LISA OLSHEN ADELSOHN attended the National Law Center, George Washington University and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in December of 1991. Subsequent to serving a Judicial Clerkship with the Hon. Peter Cooper, of the New Jersey Superior Court, she became associated with this office in September of 1992. Effective January 1, 2006, she was made a partner in the firm.
HEATHER G. SUAREZ attended Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1981. She practiced with the firm of Walder Hayden PA from 1980 until becoming associated with this office in 2016. Her practice concentrates in the areas of real estate, business, banking, and litigation connected with those and other practice areas. She has been responsible for numerous real estate, corporate, and commercial law matters, including complex financing, and handles all aspects of real estate development matters, including condemnation, zoning, planning, traffic and environmental issues. She is a frequent speaker to professional groups, and is active in state and local bar organizations and in community and service groups.
ANAZETTE W. RAY attended Villanova University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in December of 2002 and to the New York Bar in January 2003. Subsequent to serving a Judicial Clerkship with the Hon. Rudolph N. Hawkins, Jr., of the New Jersey Superior Court, she practiced for a short while with a firm in Cedar Knolls, N.J. after which she became associated with this office in November of 2004.
DAVID C. ROSCISZEWSKI attended New York Law School and was admitted to the New Jersey and the New York Bars in June of 1999. He has practiced with firms in Union and Rahway, New Jersey and became associated with this firm in February, 2006.
ALLAN B. THOMPSON attended Rutgers School of Law-Camden, Camden, New Jersey and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in December 2006 and to the Pennsylvania Bar in April 2007. Subsequent to serving a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Kyran Connor, J.S.C., Chancery Division, Family Part, Superior Court of New Jersey, he became associated with this firm in October, 2007.
